| Pernambuco’s
187km coastline is one of the most
beautiful in Brazil, with scenery
ranging from city beaches to almost
untouched shores. From north to south,
both tourists and locals alike can
enjoy this magnificent region with
sunshine all year round.  On
the the southern beaches of Cabo
de Santo Agostinho and Porto de
Galinhas, visitors can go diving,
sub-aqua fishing and surfing or
enjoy a trip on a catamaran or traditional
sailing raft along the seafront
or up the mangrove-lined rivers.
The city of Recife has countless
tourist attractions such as museums,
churches, colonial buildings and
even the first synagogue in the
Americas, plus the beaches, bars
and nightclubs that make the Recife
nightlife so vibrant. In Olinda,
a World Heritage Monument, art and
culture meet on the steep cobbled
streets of the old town.
